The Court:- Pursuant to an order dated 28 February, 2024 a demand draft of Rs. 1 lakh is handed over to the decree holder who is present in Court. It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that by an order dated 27 July, 2018, the Receiver appointed by Court is in custody of the original title deeds of a property at Baguihati belonging to the judgment debtor. The Receiver is directed to forthwith hand over the original deeds to the Advocate appearing on behalf of the judgment debtor.

In view of the payments made in terms of the earlier orders of Court, nothing survives in this application.

EC/509/2016 is disposed of by recording full and final satisfaction of the decree dated 20 July, 2016.

All interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

The Receiver stands discharged.

Liberty to apply to the parties.
