THE COURT: In the order dated November 20, 2023 mistakenly it was noted that the next date was fixed on December 23, 2023. It should be read as 'November 23, 2023'. All other contents of the said order remain unchanged.

Learned Counsel for the decree-holder has submitted that his client has received the decretal amount in full and nothing remains in this proceeding and as such the decree-holder has taken out an application to that effect.

Learned Counsel for the judgment-debtor is also present and he has also submitted that his client has paid the entire amount as per decree.

The instant execution proceeding be disposed of after recording full satisfaction of the decree dated 11th August, 2021 as the entire decretal amount has been paid by the judgment-debtor to the decree-holder.
