The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the Will dated 2nd February, 2019. The wife of the deceased is the applicant. The other heiresses in intestacy have consented to the grant. Considering this position and the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, let probate be granted in the matter by passing an order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
