Clause 7 of the Settle Agreement records that both parties shall withdraw proceedings initiated by them and mentions AP/802/2022 in the said clause.

The respondent is represented.

AP/802/2022 is, accordingly, disposed of along with all connected applications in terms of the Settle Agreement which is kept on record. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
