..for the State The Court: The petitioner prays for disposal of an application made under Section 6(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005. The application was filed in a second appeal under Section 19(3) of the Act. Learned counsel appearing for the Commission submits that since the second Appellate Authority became defunct in June, 2022, the information may be furnished by the respondent no.6, which is the Executive Engineer - Civil Borough VI, Building-cum-State Public Information Officer.

This Court finds that this is also the first prayer in the writ petition.

Hence, WPO/3110/2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no.6 to supply the information as indicated in point (iv) of the letter of the Executive Engineer written to the petitioner on 20th July, 2022. The information shall be supplied within a period of three weeks from today.
