..for the respondents The Court: The only prayer of the petitioner is for a direction upon the respondent no.2 being the Superintending Engineer (Kolkata) Circle Engineering Department of the Kolkata Port Trust to consider several representations made by the petitioner including the one of 17th October, 2022 for payment of Rs. 8 lakhs approximately for the work done by the petitioner.

The Kolkata Port Trust is represented.

WPO/3121/2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the representations made by the petitioner on 08.08.2019, 29.08.2019 and 17.10.2022 within a period of

three weeks from today after hearing the petitioner and pass a reasoned order, a copy of which shall be made available to the petitioner within four weeks from date.
