The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that pursuant to the earlier orders of Court a sum of Rs.1,35,000/- has been received by them. Insofar as the balance amount of Rs.2,65,000/- is concerned, the award debtor submits upon instructions that he shall pay the remaining amount by 31 March, 2024. The award debtor unconditionally undertakes to pay the entirety of the remaining amount by 31 March, 2024.

In such view of the matter, nothing survives in this application. EC/568/2013 stands disposed of. In default of making any payment of any portion of the balance amount of Rs.2.65 lakhs by 31 March, 2024, liberty is granted to the award holder to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
