The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that they have been unable to effect service on the award-debtors. The matter has been pending since 2013. Diverse orders have been passed from time to time in this matter.

By an order dated 24 July, 2023, the award-debtors were directed to file Affidavit of Assets. In view of the award holders being unable to trace the award debtors even after a decade since the filing of this application, EC/569/2013 stand dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the award-holder to take appropriate steps and file an application in accordance with law after ascertaining the whereabouts of the award-debtors.

All interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
