It is found from record that the report has been submitted by the Deputy Sheriff of Calcutta dated 9th September, 2021 wherein it reveals that no report has been received with regard to service of summons upon the accused persons.

Accordingly, the complainant is directed to take appropriate steps for filing fresh requisite in the department for issuance of fresh service of summons upon the accused persons. Let the fresh requisite be filed by the complainant within two weeks.
