The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that the instant execution application has become infructuous and no purpose would be served in keeping this application pending.

In such circumstances, EC 513 of 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to take back the original of the award dated 8th August, 2016 after replacing the same with the photocopy thereof. It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is pending before this Court.
