Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties, this Court is of the view that the dispute raised in the petition would be put to rest if the lady Advocate mentioned in the notice issued under Section 91 at page 104 of the writ petition, visits the I.O. of the Taltala Police Station tomorrow at 4 p.m. for recording a statement under Section 161 of the CrPC.

The writ petitioner may also visit I.O. on the same day and time and hand over any documents or evidence within his custody. It is expected that the investigation is to be completed within a period of 45 days from date. WPO 3183 of 2022 shall stand disposed of.
