...for the petitioner The Court: Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the suit on the ground that a writ petition filed by the plaintiff is pending before the Court and the plaintiff seeks to proceed with the said writ petition. Counsel places an order of a learned Judge dated 4th September, 2020 passed in WPA 3060 of 2020 (Delta Limited -vs- Union of India) which records that the petitioner in the said writ petition (being the plaintiff herein) intends to withdraw the suit. In view of such submission, CS 252 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn.

All interim orders stand vacated.
