The application was filed in a second appeal under Section 19(3) of the Act. Learned counsel appearing for the Commission submits that since the second Appellate Authority became defunct in June, 2022, the information may be furnished by the respondent no.6, which is the Assessor

Collector (Revenue-South)-cum-State Public Information Officer, Borough VI.

This Court finds that this is also the first prayer in the writ petition.

Hence, WPO/3195/2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no.6 to supply the information as indicated in point (ii) of the letter dated 29th April, 2022.

The information shall be supplied within a period of three weeks from today.
