This is an application for recalling of the order dated 9th February, 2024 where due to inadvertence this matter was included in a batch of matters where the issues were different from this case and considering this aspect, this application being IA GA 1 of 2024 is disposed of by recalling of the order dated 9th February, 2024 in WPO 3205 of 2022 to the extent that this writ petition is excluded from the batch of matters disposed of on 9th February, 2024 and the aforesaid writ petition will be heard afresh independently.

Learned advocate for the respondents prays for time to file affidavit-inopposition to the main writ petition. Considering the prayer, time to file affidavit-in-opposition to the writ petition is extended by four weeks from date; petitioner to file reply thereto, if any, within two weeks thereafter.
