The Court : This is an application for execution of a decree dated 24 December, 2010. Diverse orders have been passed from time to time. In view of the subsequent events which have transpired after filing of the execution application, EC/1045/2015 stands disposed of as infructuous. Liberty is granted to the award holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law. Liberty is also granted to the award holder to take back the original award dated 31 May, 2011 after replacing of the same with a photocopy thereof. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) SK.
