The Court: This is an application wherein the petitioner is seeking an order directing the concerned Judicial Magistrate having jurisdiction to prosecute the executor for the act of forgery under Section 340 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with Sections 463, 465, 466, 467, 470, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and file report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

This matter requires exchange of affidavits. Accordingly, let affidavit-in-opposition be filed within a period of four weeks from date; reply thereto, if any, within two weeks thereafter. Liberty to mention.
