The order dated 21st June, 2023 be corrected as mentioned AP/435/2022, it should be read as EC/435/2022. The correction should be made in the order and be treated as part thereof.

EC/435/2022 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated and the warrants of arrest shall stand discharged.
