The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration of the estate left behind by one Sushil Kumar Banerjee, who was married, but issueless. The wife and the mother of Sushil Kumar Banerjee pre-deceased him. The applicant is the daughter of late Sunil Banerjee a brother of Sushil Kumar Banerjee, the deceased abovenamed. There are no class-I heirs of the deceased. The applicant qualifies under Class-II heiress. The other heiresses under Class-II heirs have consented in favour of grant of letters of administration to the applicant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
