. ....for the plaintiff The Court :- The proposed suit from the averments in the plaint appears to be a suit for land and the immovable property is admittedly outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the plaint filed in the computer department is directed to be returned after observing the formalities. Since the plaint has not entered the records of this Court save and except having been filed in the computer department for which a number has been allotted, the court fees appended to the plaint for instituting the suit is also directed to be returned to the plaintiff through its Advocate after observing the necessary formalities. The department shall take steps accordingly.
