The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 15th July, 2017 and codicil dated 8th December, 2020 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

The mother and the wife of the testator have pre-deceased him. The only son being the executor as also a heir in intestacy is the applicant. The three daughters being the other heiresses in intestacy have consented to the grant.

Considering this position and the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, let probate be granted in the matter by passing an order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
