...for the respondents The Court: On a perusal of the documents of the petition it appears that the original arbitration agreement or a duly certified copy thereof has not been annexed to the said petition.

In light of the same, this petition is dismissed with liberty granted to the petitioner to file afresh on the self-same cause of action after correcting the defects therein.

Furthermore, it appears that the conciliation process that is provided for in the agreement has not been followed by the petitioner. Accordingly, the respondent is directed to give a notice for conciliation and the conciliation process is to be carried out within a period of two months. (SHEKHAR B. SARAF, J.) R.Bhar
