The Court:- An Affidavit of Service filed, be kept with the records. This is an application seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('the Act'). It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that the mandate of the Arbitrator expires on 23rd December, 2022 and the same be extended since the hearing has been concluded. Hence, the parties seek time for the Arbitrator to make and publish the award.

In view of the aforesaid, there shall be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Notice of Motion.
