The Court : It is submitted by the Official Liquidator that in terms of the order dated December 20, 2019 a fresh sale notice dated January 20, 2020 was published in the Bengali newspaper 'Bartaman' and the English newspaper 'Times of India', Kolkata edition inviting offers for sale of the four landed properties of the Company (In Liquidation). It is further submitted that in spite of publication of the fresh sale notice the Official Liquidator has not received any offer from any person.

Under the circumstances, as prayed for by the Official Liquidator, let a fresh sale notice be issued in respect of the four landed properties of the Company (In Liquidation) in the official website of the Official Liquidator.

Let the matter appear under the heading "Sale by Court" on January 22, 2021.
