...For the Revenue The Court: Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned summon against the petitioner, dated 17th November, 2022 which was required to be complied by 5th December, 2022 and which was extended till 15th December, 2022. Since time to respond the summon has already expired, it has lost its force automatically, question of interfering with the aforesaid summon does not arise.

Considering the facts recorded hereinabove, I am not inclined to grant any relief on the aforesaid summon and accordingly this writ petition being WPO 3317 of 2022 is dismissed.
