The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 10th February, 2015 left behind by the above named deceased.

The husband of the testatrix pre-deceased her and the surviving heirs in intestacy have consented to the grant.

Considering this position and the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, let probate be granted in the matter by passing an order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
