Counsel for the petitioners submits that in the order dated 10th December, 2024 at page no.2 in line no.2 the words 'petitioner as sole executor' shall be read as 'petitioners as joint executors'. In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioners, in the order dated 10th December, 2024 at page no.2 in line no.2, the words shall be read as 'petitioners as joint executors' instead of 'petitioner as sole executor'.

Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 10th December, 2024.
