...for the defendant The Court: The advocate-on-record of the plaintiff hands up the communication from their Manager (Legal) of the plaintiff that the plaintiff wishes to withdraw the suit and is no longer interested to proceed with the suit. Learned counsel appearing for the defendants submits that contrary to the instruction given on the last occasion, the holding company has gone into liquidation and not Private Holding Limited as submitted on the earlier occasion. However, since the plaintiff no longer wants to seek to proceed with the suit, AS 15 of 2004 is dismissed as withdrawn. The communication dated 12th August, 2021 is kept on record.

All interim orders shall stand vacated. All connected applications shall stand disposed of.
