The Court:- This matter appears for correction. In the judgment dated 4th September, 2025, the representations on behalf of the appellant were made by learned counsels namely, Mr. Arindam Paul, learned advocate and Ms. Subhasri Chatterjee, learned advocate. It appears that Mr. Sakya Sen, learned senior counsel has argued the matter on behalf of the appellant. Name of Mr. Sakya Sen and his submissions were duly noted in the body of the judgment but his name was not appearing in the place of the representation on behalf of the appellant. Accordingly, the necessary correction is required to be made in the first page of the judgment at the place of the representations for the appellant. It is directed to incorporate the name of Mr. Sakya Sen, learned senior advocate in the place of the representations for the appellant.
