Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as appears from record and submissions of the parties and particularly the prayer of the petitioner for expeditious disposal of its appeal in question relating to assessment year 2017-18 which was filed long back on 14th January, 2020, this writ petition being WPO 3347 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the CIT (Appeal) concerned to consider and dispose of the appeal in question filed by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to the parties.

For other grievance relating to action of the Authority concerned refunding the amount realised from the petitioner, petitioner will be free to

make appropriate representation before the Authority concerned who will consider the same in accordance with law.
