..for the State The Court: The petitioners' grievance relates to the unpaid component of a subsidy pursuant to a Scheme floated by the State under the West Bengal Incentive Scheme - 2000 and the West Bengal Incentive Scheme - 2004. The petitioners, through learned counsel, claim that after disbursement of the full amount from October, 2008 to September, 2009 and October, 2010 to September, 2011, there now remains an amount of Rs.84,99,180/- to be paid to the petitioners. The petitioners have not been informed of the reason for which the remaining part of the subsidy has not been paid to the petitioners.

The respondents are represented.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, WPO/3370/2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no.3, being the Managing Director, WBIDC, to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioners on 11th April, 2022 within a period of four weeks from date. The petitioners shall be heard by the concerned respondent before the representation is disposed of by way of a reasoned order. A copy of the reasoned order shall also be made available to the petitioners within one week from the date of passing such order. (MOUSHUMI BHATTACHARYA, J.) sg.
