The Court:-The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the Special Officer (Building), Kolkata Municipal Corporation to conclude the demolition proceeding being Demolition Case No.071-D/Br.-V/20-21. According to the petitioner, the said proceeding is yet to be concluded. The present writ petition is disposed of by directing the Special Officer (Building), Kolkata Municipal Corporation to conclude the aforesaid demolition case in accordance with law, after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties at the earliest, but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of.
