The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 17th June, 2020 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

There is no class-I heir/heiress in respect of the testatrix. The only class-II heiress as appears from the application who could have objected to the grant is the applicant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
