For petitioner The Court :- This is an application for grant of Letters of Administration with regard to the estate left behind by the deceased made by the widow and the son. The other heir in intestacy being the mother of the deceased has consented to the grant. No one else has come forward to object to the grant. No one else as per the petition is required to be cited. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the Letters of Administration to the applicants is granted by allowing the petition in terms of prayer [a] of the petition subject to the applicants jointly furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.29,00,000/- with two sureties.
