The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the deceased abovenamed. The mother of the deceased predeceased him. The surviving legal heiresses being the wife and the two daughters are the joint applicants. No one else has applied for the Letters of Administration. No one has also objected to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 23,60,000/- with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
