The Court:- The order dated December 13, 2024 records an incorrect case number and accordingly records that the warrant of arrest, if any, stands discharged. The said order shall be corrected by incorporating the correct case number in the cause title and in the ordering portion. The sentence in the third line, that is, "Warrant of arrest, if any, stands discharged" shall be deleted. The order dated December 13, 2024 is corrected accordingly.
