In light of the above submissions made, the execution application being EC/486/2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner is given liberty to take back the original certified copy of the award upon replacing it with a photocopy of the same. Interim orders, if any, stand cancelled.

There shall be no order as to costs.
