It is found from the record that by an order dated 9th June, 2025 this Court has specifically directed the plaintiff to comply with the provisions of the Commercial Courts Act by filling statement of truth, affidavit of documents and other compliances, failing which appropriate orders will be passed. Today when the matter is called none appears on behalf of the plaintiff. No accommodation is sought for. 4.

From the face of the record it appears that the plaintiff has not taken any steps for filling statement of truth, affidavit of documents and other compliances of the provisions of the Commercial Courts Act after transfer of the suit from the regular division to this Court.

Considering the above, this Courts finds that the plaintiff is not interested to proceed with the matter. Accordingly, CS-COM/5/2025 [Old No. CS/420/2014] is dismissed for default. 6.
