In view of the judgment reported in 2021 (2) SCC Online SC 641 (Action Ispat and Power Limited vs. Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited), let this company petition being CP/779/2015 in CA/1/2019 be transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata.

The Department will treat CP No.779 of 2015 as disposed of in so far as the records of this Court are concerned.
