The Court: The advocate-on-record of the award-holder/ petitioner submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and seeks to withdraw the execution application. She places an e-mail dated 14th July, 2021 from the petitioner containing an instruction for withdrawal of the execution application. It is submitted that the respondent for the award-debtors was not agreeable to be present.
