The Court:- The following corrections are made in the Order dated 23rd December, 2025 :- In the 5th paragraph of the 2nd page, the word „Executor‟ shall be substituted by the phrase „Administrator Pendente Lite‟ with addition that „he is confirmed as Administrator of the estate‟. The following sentence shall be inserted on the last paragraph :- "The parties shall act on the server copy of this Order." Other portion of the Order remains unchanged.
