On 8th April, 2022 also none appeared on behalf of either of the parties. For the interest of justice, the case was adjourned till 13th April, 2022. When the matter was called on today, again none appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is sought for but respondents are represented by learned counsel.

By order dated 8th April, 2022 it was clarified that in case parties failed to appear, appropriate order would be passed.
