The Court: Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the learned advocate for the company accepted service of notice, nor was the company itself traceable for being served at the registered address. However, an e-mail notice has been served, a print-out of which is filed today and kept on record.

In view of the innocuous nature of the prayer made today, no further notice is directed to be given.

In view of the extant law governing the field, let the matter be transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata, which now has jurisdiction to take up winding up petitions.

The records be sent to the NCLT accordingly.
