The Court: The grievance of the applicant, being one of the unsecured creditors of the company(in liquidation) is that the claim alleged by it before the Official Liquidator against the company(in liquidation) is yet to be decided.

It is submitted by Ms. Das De that the office of the Official Liquidator has already adjudicated the claim of the secured creditors and some of the unsecured creditors of the company(in liquidation). The process of adjudication of the claim of the present applicant and the other unsecured creditors of the company (in liquidation) is to be commenced shortly.

In view of the above submission made by the Official Liquidator, list this application on February 19, 2021 to ascertain if, in the meantime the applicant's claim against the company(in liquidation) have been adjudicated by the Official Liquidator.
