On 8th April, 2022 also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. For the interest of justice, the case was adjourned till 18th April, 2022. When the matter was called on today, again none appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is sought for. By order dated 8th April, 2022 it was clarified that in case none appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the date fixed, appropriate order would be passed.

In view of the above, this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss AP 1991 of 2014 for default.
