On 8th April, 2022 also none appeared on behalf of either of the parties. For the interest of justice, the case was adjourned till 18th April, 2022. When the matter was called on today, again none appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is sought for but respondents are represented by learned counsel.

By order dated 8th April, 2022 it was clarified that in case parties failed to appear appropriate order would be passed.

In view of non-appearing of the petitioner today, this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss AP 2031 of 2014 for default. Stay order, if any, granted is hereby vacated. (KRISHNA RAO, J.) sb.
