...for the Official Liquidator The Court:- In view of the incorrect particulars appearing in the daily cause list, the Department is directed to make necessary corrections to reflect the correct number i.e. BIFR/278/1988 instead of BIFR/278/1998. Insofar as BIFR/278/1998 is concerned, there is no such proceeding pending and the same is appearing inadvertently.

In such circumstances, the Department is directed to correct its records to show that BIFR/278/1998 stands dismissed.

Let BIFR/278/1988 (Debikay electronics Employees Union vs. The Official Liquidator) appear on 25 February, 2026.

The Official Liquidator is directed to effect service in BIFR/278/1988 on all the secured creditors.
