The Hon'ble JUSTICE SHEKHAR B. SARAF Date : 10th June, 2021 (Via Video Conference) The Court: This matter was called on two previous occasions, that is June 8, 2021 and June 9,2021. No one appeared on behalf of either of the parties on both the occasions. Today also when the matter was called on, none appears on behalf of either of the parties. It is to be further noted that this matter was instituted more than 20 years ago and no steps have been taken by either of the parties in the suit till date.

In view of the above, it appears that neither of the parties are interested in pursuing this suit. Accordingly, I dismiss the same for default. Department is directed to strike out the suit from the ledger forthwith. All parties including the department to act on the server copy of this order.
