The Court:- None appears for the plaintiff. Affidavit of service is filed. Although this is the first call, considering the nature of the relief prayed for, this matter is taken up in the first call. This application is made praying for return of the documents exhibited by the defendants. It is the contention of the defendant no. 3C that although the suit was dismissed on 19.3.2024, no appeal has been preferred although more than one year has passed. The petitioner thus prays for return of the documents exhibited.

Upon considering the nature of the relief and upon hearing the learned advocate, this Court is of the view that this application should be allowed. Hence, let there be an order in terms of the prayer (a) of the Master's Summons dated 31st April, 2025.

Let the document marked as defendant's document and particularized as Annexure-B to the Master's Summons be returned to the said defendant on the usual undertaking.
