Mr. Chakraborty, learned Advocate, indicates that on the matters similar to the present one, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has set aside the directions of this Court earlier, implying thereby that the cause of action of the present petitioner would also not be maintainable pursuant to the said order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Be that as it may, without going into the merits of this case, this Court finds it proper to dismiss the Writ Petition for default in absence of any representation by the petitioner, in the case.

WPA/4/2009 is dismissed for default.
