The petitioner assails an order dated June 26, 2020 by which the tender of resignation by the petitioner on June 24, 2020 was accepted.

Since the authorities accepted the tender of resignation by the petitioner by the impugned order, I find no infirmity in the impugned order warranting an interference by a writ Court. WPA/131/2020 is dismissed.
